No API key needed. The form ID identifies the form. Whitelist your domain as an allowed origin and submissions go through — everything else is blocked. Works from a plain HTML form or any HTTP client.

Get a form ID and an endpoint URL. Whitelist your domain as an allowed origin. Set your notification email.

Point your form at it

Set the action to thinforms.com/form/YOUR_ID. No API key, no SDK, no backend code. Any HTTP client works.

Your client takes over

Invite your client to their dashboard. They see submissions, add tags, leave comments — you stay out of it.
